The monitoring of the classic ‘Attendance Book’ of the company can now be computerized, using an automatic Personnel Timekeeping system. The system can operate autonomously although it is often an extension of the Access Control system. Taking into account the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Authority, our company provides solutions for the monitoring and control of employees, from a small office of a few employees to complex systems with hundreds of work points and thousands of employees.

The exported data can be immediately used as attendance books (date and time of entry - exit) either after processing, or with analysis in normal - overtime working hours - absenteeism, etc. It is also possible to program the automatic entry of data into payroll programs or other specialized statistical production analyses. The timekeeping system requires a direct connection to a computer, or network via landline or mobile telephony.

The effective and accurate control of personnel attendance and departure is achieved by installing electronic timekeeping systems.
